I stayed at Villa Vicko for a relaxing weekend getaway. The seaside resort in Starigrad Paklenica offered a tranquil ambiance and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the pebbly beach. The restaurant impressed me with its wide selection of delicious and affordable dishes. Free on-site parking was a welcomed bonus and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel.

the manager, when he arrived later in the evening, was very nice and offered to put us into a better room (but by then we'd already booked somewhere else for our second night). There was a good selection of food for breakfast.
We were given a small, dark, ground floor room. Villa Vicko seems to have some very nice rooms, and some small and basic ones. We would have been fine with paying a bit more for a nice room, or a lot less for a basic room. However, we weren't happy at being given a room that was nothing like as nice as those pictured on the internet, and paying the same price for it (although we acknowledge that after we complained, we did get a 10% discount). The hotel was supposed to have internet in the lobby, but when we asked the guy on reception didn't know about it, and we couldn't find it.

During our stay at Villa Vicko, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from our room. The spacious and comfortable terrace provided the perfect spot to soak in the stunning scenery. The family suite was also a good size, giving us plenty of space to relax. The location of the villa was ideal, with easy access to the little harbor area and the pebble beaches. The selection for breakfast was outstanding, definitely one of the best we had during our trip. The warm welcome we received upon arrival made us feel at ease, and the staff were ready to assist whenever needed. I would highly recommend Villa Vicko for a lovely and relaxing stay in this charming coastal town.

The beach and the hotel was well located and the breakfeast was good.
There was not mini bar, a safe or an elevator (we were on the second floor walk-up with a family and luggage). It was overpriced

The room at Villa Vicko was amazing! It had a cozy feel with all the comforts I needed, like air conditioning and free WiFi. The balcony had stunning sea views, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning. I felt right at home in this room.
The only thing I didn't personally love was the private entrance in the twin room. But hey, that's just my preference.

We loved the location of this hotel, right at the shingly beach. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable loungers in their own garden on the sea front. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and made sure that everything was clean and tidy. Parking was easy and convenient for us.
Everything is what we needed and wanted.

Great overall experience. Only wished that the personal who manned the villa could be more knowledgeble about the surrounding area.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the sea with small beaches just a few steps away. It was so convenient to be able to relax on the beach and then easily walk back to my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They made me feel welcome and ensured that everything was clean and tidy in my spacious room.
Despite the luxurious nature of this hotel, I was surprised to find that there were no tea making facilities or a small bar fridge in the room. However, there was a communal fridge downstairs which was helpful.

The hotel offered amazing views from the room and the beach was just a few steps away, making it very convenient for beach enthusiasts. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety and quality to choose from. We really appreciated the efforts made by the staff to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We noticed that some parts of the room were not very well maintained, and this made us doubt the safety of the guests. It was also disappointing to find that the hotel did not have a 24/7 reception desk which was a mandatory requirement for the star rating.

The hotel is located at the footsteps of the sparkling Adriatic, right next to a little shingly beach, and just a stone's throw away from the city center. The room was immaculate and well-lit, with a balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the sea. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of options to choose from.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like drink-making facilities in the room or an elevator, making it challenging for elderly or disabled travelers.

The beach is just a few steps away and the sunset view is breathtaking. , the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. It was great to have parking spaces in front of the property, especially during a busy holiday season.
The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit distracting. This made it hard to have a peaceful and restful night.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beach and with a beautiful view from the balcony. The restaurant had a good variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Free parking on site was also a bonus.
The room was missing some basic amenities like a fridge and a bin, which I think are necessary for a 4-star hotel. The beds and bedding could have been more comfortable and the room decor could use some updating.

Kind staff, clean facilities, well-maintained bathroom, beachfront location with sunbeds, beautiful sunset view, parking.
